Rapid Fire book tag

I saw this tag on the cat with a book a couple of days ago and have also mentioned her that I will do this tag.Do check her blogs everyone, because she loves books and she has a cat! (What more is needed?).

This is my first ever tag. Let’s see how it goes!

E-book or physical book?

Physical books always! I have already established this in one of my previous blog post that how much I love holding a book while reading!

Paperback or hardback?

I generally prefer paperbacks because that’s more convenient for handling the book.

Online or in-store book shopping?

Although I love to go for shopping at different book stores, but I often shop books online also, specially from Amazon and BookChor.

Trilogies or series?

Depends on the story.

Heroes or villains?

I always prefer heroes, they can be boring sometimes, but afterall you know they are heroes only! πŸ˜‹

A book I want everyone to read

Angels and Demons by Dan Brown.

Recommend an underrated book

I can’t remember right now.

The last book I finished

Sanctus (The Sancti Trilogy #1) by Simon Toyne.

The last book I bought

The time traveler’s wife by Audrey Niffenegger.

Weirdest thing I have ever used as a Bookmark

Once I was traveling and forgot to bring any bookmark and used my toothbrush instead. 🀣

Used books- yes or no?

Definitely yes! I prefer reading used books rather than buying a new one.

Top three favourite genres

Thriller, mystery, sci-fi.

Borrow or buy

I can borrow books, but if the book is really good, I definitely buy one!

Character or plot

Definitely the plot.

Long or short books

Depending on the story.

Long or short chapters

I prefer reading short chapters.

The first three books I can think of

The Harry Potter series by J.K.Rowling

Feluda adventure series by Satyajit Ray

Angels and Demons by Dan Brown.

Books that make you laugh or cry?

I prefer books that make me happy and get emotionally connected.

Our world or fictional world?

Fictional world definitely, because our world is more complex!

Audiobook- yes or no?

I haven’t tried any audiobook yet.

Ever judge a book by its cover?

A lot of time, and end up buying a pretty lame story book. But I can’t help it πŸ˜‹

Book to movie or book to tv adaptations?

Depending on the detailing of the storyline.

Series or Standalones?

Again, both.

Wow, that went really well. I thoroughly enjoyed writing this tag. Do let me know if you want to try this tag also. Keep reading ✌️✌️✌️✌️
